Team Shack
Team Shack Ltd is the company that Paul and Jo, two members of ORE, use for their contracting work. The Team Shack brand has more of a community feel, having started out in the US through Paul's brother David. It's often called an "underground" swimming brand, with kit and equipment given out in return for a small charitable donation. It sponsors a range of small swimming events, produces clothing and swimming apparel, sponsors two USA Olympic athletes and raises money to help disadvantaged children in the US learn to swim.
In the UK, Paul and Jo also sponsor a veterans' football team in the Lake District through the company (they both used to live and work there). Paul and Jo were keen to make a donation to help ORE, and they say:
"ORE has made such a difference to our lives. We love attending (even when Charlie makes us do split jerks!) and we have made a lot of friends through our membership of ORE. We are only too happy to sponsor ORE."
