Booking a free taster

When you book a taster we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the class you chose and your answer to our one health question. We use this only to manage your booking: to confirm it, remind you the day before, let you cancel, and so your coach can look after you safely. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before you become a member (and, for the health answer, your explicit consent when you tick the box).

Where it is stored

Bookings are stored in a private Google account used only by ORE, and emails are sent from that account. Google acts as our data processor. We never sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don’t join, we delete taster booking details within 12 months. If you become a member, your details move to our membership system (TeamUp) and are kept while you are a member.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Fonts. If we add analytics or advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel), we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
